Same-day time slots go live at 10am on weekdays & 8:45am on weekends (Closed STAT holidays). Visit our website barriefho.ca – click on the link” FHO after-hours clinic online registration”. You will be prompted to sign in to your existing Medeo account or create a new Medeo account to access online registration. Choose “BCFMC-office” under “appointment type”. If no time slots are available or if outside the go live times, you will see a message “no providers available”. Check back for cancellations. There may be a wait time when you arrive for your time slot.

Note: As of Sept. 1/2025 registration will be fully online only – NO walk-ins. Patients with no online access may register in-person or contact 705-722-1199 Mon-Fri 8:30am-3:30pm for assistance or to inquire about limited prebooked weekend time slots.

Telephone Assessments Tele-Clinic

Note that the services below are NOT appropriate for the Tele-Clinic:

Controlled substance renewal or prescription
Musculoskeletal injuries requiring an exam
Conditions that require a Breast, Pelvic, Genital. or Rectal exam
Cuts that would reasonably require stitches (longer than 1cm)
Acute or new psychiatric crises or symptoms
Any emergency symptoms including: Chest pain, Shortness of breath, Abdominal pain
New onset severe headaches
Allergic reaction
Choking
Altered state of consciousness
Head or neck injury
Patients under 4 years of age

For medical needs not requiring in-person physical assessments or if you are unsure what you require, FHO patients may call our Tele-Clinic to speak to our staff and, if necessary, complete a phone assessment with a Physician. (e.g. some prescription renewals).
