You will be prompted to sign in to your existing Medeo account or create a new Medeo account to access online registration. Choose “BCFMC-office” under “appointment type”. If no time slots are available or if outside the go live times, you will see a message “no providers available”. Check back for cancellations. There may be a wait time when you arrive for your time slot.

Telephone Assessments Tele-Clinic

Note that the services below are NOT appropriate for the Tele-Clinic:
  • Controlled substance renewal or prescription
  • Musculoskeletal injuries requiring an exam
  • Conditions that require a Breast, Pelvic, Genital. or Rectal exam
  • Cuts that would reasonably require stitches (longer than 1cm)
  • Acute or new psychiatric crises or symptoms
  • Any emergency symptoms including: Chest pain, Shortness of breath, Abdominal pain
  • New onset severe headaches
  • Allergic reaction
  • Choking
  • Altered state of consciousness
  • Head or neck injury
  • Patients under 4 years of age

For medical needs not requiring in-person physical assessments or if you are unsure what you require, FHO patients may call our Tele-Clinic to speak to our staff and, if necessary, complete a phone assessment with a Physician. (e.g. some prescription renewals).
